
Welcome to Balanced Peak Performance
The goal of these sessions is work on functional full body movement, building explosive strength, muscle and cardio endurance, and mobility while having fun in a positive, encouraging environment. The biggest focus is learning safe movement practices that will help build efficient movement patterns.
In addition to being a Massage Therapist Nicole worked as a Kinesiologist at a sports medicine clinic and as a trainer on a variety of sports teams. Nicole is excited to use this knowledge and add a new program to Balanced Health + Wellness.
